I came across this recipe on another site and decided to see if it could be made low-carb. I was delighted to find it works very well. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 10 oz. plain Greek yogurt
- 4 tsp. sugar-free maple syrup (look for one that does not use artificial sweetener such as Sorbitol)
- 4 tsp. sugar-free dark chocolate (shaved) or Chocolate Chips
- 2 T chopped pecans
Instructions
- Put yogurt into two dessert dishes and drizzle with desired amount of sugar-free maple syrup.
- Sprinkle with a few teaspoons of shaved dark chocolate and chopped pecans and serve!
